The package includes:
- Choice of Beef & or Pork 20 to 35 guests(Lamb can be added free for over 35 guests), you can add a fourth choice of meat (chicken) for 53 cents per person
- Salads, bread rolls, butter squares, gravy, desserts, quality plastic plates & cutlery
- Ceramic plates & stainless steel cutlery are available extra at $2.78 per head.
- Cooked hot & fresh and presented and served from fine chaffing dishes that allow the meat to stay warm for hours without drying out.
